I have been very busy lately with the holidays. I found out this weekend a cousin of mine has adhd. He is 17 now but when he was younger his mom used bee pollen and primrose oil instead of ritilan. This was years ago but I was wondering is this still used by some people.
I have been following the feingold program pretty close. I do see some changes now. It has been a couple of weeks and we are happy with it. I do have questions about feingold I will post under another thread.

We use lecithin, protein powder, and fish oil to obtain more concentrated quantities of nutrients. But bee pollen has some of the benefits of all three, in that it contains a variety of proteins and free amino acids, some essential fatty acids and a number of vitamins including B-complex and folic acid. Bee pollen is very nutritious stuff, and there's no reason you wouldn't see just as much success starting off your day with a dose of bee pollen as with a protein shake.
