Hi Cat: I went to the supermarket yesterday and decided to pick up some of the Malt O Meal corn puffs that you had suggested to me a while back when I asked if you knew of any cereals that my son could eat that were fiengold approved. Well yesterday, out of force of habit i read the label, and GASP they contain BHT. Now call me crazy but the last time i bought them(which was a while back, at least 1 yr) i could have sworn that they didn't contain BHT. Am I going crazy? ?..... Just wanted to let you know.

I'm not Cat but I'm and experienced Feingolder.... It's not the corn puffs it's the "Golden Puffs". They come in the bag with the bear on the front. I bought these recently because we were tired of the Crispix that we've been eating since we started Feingold. They are VERY sweet...too sweet, so we will be heading back to the Crispix. Another option for breakfast is oatmeal with butter and tons of brown sugar. I put about 3 or 4 tablespoons in for each cup of oatmeal. That may seem like a lot but it's still less than the amount of sugar that is added to the instant oatmeals that cost 25x more and contain toxic additives! One more option that my kid loves is eggo BUTTERMILK (and no other kind!!!) waffles with cream cheese for protein and a little cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top and then made into a waffle sandwich. Hope this helps!
