We started the calcium-magnesium and the omega 3, along with the Strattera yesterday and noticeably, there have NOT been any moments of getting easily frustrated, or any emotional outbursts yesterday or today. She has been in a few "tight spots" which means she found herself in situations where she was feeling frustrated about something but didn't lose it as usual. Realistically, I can't imagine this combination working so well already but we'll see. We're not even up to the right amount yet! Could this be for real?

Honestly (and I hate to say this, being the big proponent of supplements that I am) it's probably too soon for the difference to originate in the vitamins. They normally take a few weeks to really rock and roll. But maybe you're one of the lucky ones with a really sensitive kid. Whatever the reason, I hope the good results continue. Way to go.

We did the same thing you did. Started meds, supplements, and Feingold at the same time. It's kind of an oops, since my son is doing very well, but we don't know *which* thing is helping him. Is it all the items? Some of them? All I know is that the medicine (Tenex) is helping because when we had to fool with his dosage his behavior changed. But we also think the Feingold thing might be helping too, since one day he had some chocolate with artificial flavoring and he flew into one of his old rages. But who knows?
Glad your daughter's starting off well. I'm sure everybody appreciates a 'breather'!
