It has been 3 weeks since i started my son on supplements and fiengold diet. I am giving him cal/mag, multi-vitamin, omega 3 and i just started him yesterday on a b comlex. I am soooooo excited !!!! His behavior has improved dramatically and with the exception of two tantrums we have been pretty much tantrum free. One tantrum happened after he had eaten candy pretty much the whole weekend, not a lot of candy, but a piece or two everyday for 3 days in a row and the other tantrum happend becuase i truly believe he was overstimulated(my girlfriend came over on a saturday with her three kids and she was in my house from 3 pm til 11:30 pm, tantrum happened about 11 pm). I think that It was just tooo much fun for him. My girlfriend wasn't even out the door yet when he was already in bed ready to pass out from exhaustion What was funny was that the next day he asked me if we were going to have company again and when i said no he responded " Good....cause I can't take anymore company....I'm pooped!!!"...LOL Anyway, just wanted to let you all know how it was going with the supplements and the diet. P.S. Yesterday was an awesome day !!!

Isn't it such a relief when you can look at your children and be proud of their progress instead of throwing your hands in the air with frustration? The supplements do alot but the kids do too because they still have to work at changing their behavior instead of the meds. changing the behavior for them. I am so proud that you and your child are having so much success!
Way to go!
