I hope you found your way to this board. I'll also post on Millermom's. I have a question about gaba. Our doc has been suggesting it for a very long time, but I've resisted coz I wanted to see how things went for a while. I've read all the usually mentioned books. I just had some specifics for you.

I got this idea from a post on the old forum under gaba. I have also got info from others on this forum.
Gaba is something you can buy at gnc. Some of the other people out here buy it online I think there is a post on the old forum on how to get it online.
I was told that gaba works with omega 3 , a multi vitamin,magnesium, and b-complex this is what I am giving my son. It is working very slow but I do see a difference. I know my son is looking better now he was looking really bad when he was on meds. The meds drained him.
There are a lot of posts on the old forum under natural alternatives about gaba.

 Hi, Ask Catotonic about GABA...She's really good about information like that! I think GABA is one that you need to be careful about.
