I just wanted to brag on Kelby. Today I finally got to speak with his teacher, and she told me that there is 100% improvement in Kelby since he began the concerta. "He just works constantly!" I am so HAPPY! He brought home his folder of work, and instead of it being full of notes and unfinished work, and failed tests, all the work except one paper was finished and all were -0! Plus his spelling test, he usually fails those, was only -2, and his reading test that usually has all these notes about "kelby cant... kelby won't.... kelby doesn't....." only was marked with a !!!! I am SO PROUD!! This is the first time this year that my son has come in with a backpack full and been proud to show me what is inside. I am amazed at what a difference this medication made in him, and all this from a mom who swore that she would NEVER allow those quacks to drug her baby! Man, I wish I would have gotten him to the doctor before school started, then we would have never had a trouble during the first few weeks. I took him out to an ice cream to celebrate, and I LOVE to see the pride in his face as he sits down to read this week's reader story to me. No tears with homework, and I just want to sit down and cry because finally my happy little boy can be seen as just what he is, a smart wonderful little man! No more teachers complaints about his constant chattering, and not paying attention. YEAH FOR KELBY!!!!

Isn't it the best when you finally can see your child achieving the way you know they could!!! It is truly a miracle and now frees you up from the yelling and screaming and torture of trying to get through homework and stuff, and now you can enjoy your son for the wonderful boy he is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I felt so much relief when Olivia went on meds and I had a happy child - so congratulations to you and to your son and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
