Well, we tried the strattera and concerta combo but that just made things worse. The concerta just seemed to make David nasty and mouthy. So now he is on strattrera 60 mg with a boost of adderall 18 mg. Been on this for almost 3 weeks and so far so good. Keeping him on meds for summer but thought that this was a good time to try and adjust things. He has been so good that I keep waiting for something to just blow up in my face. Keep fingers crossed for us.

I hope things continue to go well! Keep in mind too, Strattera is a med they need to take consistently, so nothing wrong with keeping him on it during the summer.

Good luck with the new meds. Thanks for sharing. I'm kinda disheartened about playing the med hopping game. We've only tried concerta so far.

great news!! it sure is unsettling to do the trial and error waiting game over and over. i know all too well, having had to do it for 3 yrs before we got it right.
