Rose's concerta seems to last from 7am till about 5 or 6 in the evening. We recently upped the dose from 36 to 45mg. She focuses better in school but she has days when she cries about something when she gets home. She got a 73 in math on her report card and cried for an hour. Her body is also starting to think about puberty so that doesn't help either.
