We go today at 1 pm to find out what our Pediatrician is going to recommend for Jenna's first medication. Her psychologist is suggesting Strattera, BUT she said that it is entirely up to the doctor what medication he chooses to start Jenna on. She just warned us against any stims that will cause Jenna's anxiety worse! I'll let you know when I find out...
Anna - who is very nervous, even though she already has a son on Adderall XR...

Well Jenna's pediatrician started her on Strattera. She only weighs 58 pounds, so he gave us a start-up pack that has 4-18 mg pills, and a bottle of 25 mg ones. He wants her on 25 mgs until August, then will re-evaluate. He said that we still aren't seeing the results we want focus-wise with the 25, that he'll up her to 36 before school begins. We start our first dose today after dinner, so we'll see how this goes!
