Question about missed dose?

My son went to school without taking his lexapro, will he be fine untill about 11:00 when I can get over to rhe school. It is already built up in his system so I am sure he will be alright. What do you think? Thanks

What should I do if I miss a dose?
If you forget to take your prescribed dose of LEXAPRO, take the missed dose that same day as soon as you remember, then call your healthcare professional or doctor for more information. The next day, resume according to your regular dosing schedule. Doubling a daily dose to compensate for a missed dose is not recommended. If you have additional questions about dosing, please talk to your healthcare professional.

If he normally gets it in the morning, I don't think 11 is too bad, but it does say to call your doctor for additional info.

thanks dad2brooke, all was well I gave it to him at 11:00, he didn't even realize we forgot and everything was fine,
