Of those of you who have had success with Buspar, what dosage are you using? How old is you child? weight, etc? Just curious.

My child has never used buspar. But I took it and used 7.5 mg a day. It takes about 6-8 weeks to start working. I had good respose with it. Sorry i can not offer more info.

My son Jared just turned 10 yrs. and is taking l0 mg in morning and 10 mg before bedtime. He weighs 72 lbs. He gained weight this summer from being off concerta. He has been on it for about 8 months. I took him off for awhile because I didn't see much of a difference. But seen he was having problems after being off of it.
