Since my son has been sick a lot lately, I asked about the warning with Strattera and the use of Albuterol. Our ped said it is safe to use and if the child needs it use it. Said that they had to put that warning because of 2 cases. He said that even the drug rep says it is ok.
Said that there may be some effects like that of the stim like making the child hyper or something to that effect, but other than that there should be no worries.
I feel better because when Mikie gets coughing so bad I know i can now give a treatment without too much worry.
