for those who do straight ritilan how may times a day do you give and how much. In order to get through a twelve hour period it would seem you would need to give it three times a day. Does that seem right,

crillmom, we haven't done Ritalin for quite a while. But when we did, we were on four hour dosing. (and even that didn't seem like enough)

When we were doing straight ritalin DS was given it twice a day (about every 4.5 hours) - this got him just through the school day but definitely not 12 hours - I think you are right - for 12 hours it would have to be 3 times a day.
