Well, after Honey's doc appt on Wednesday she decided to up his meds. He is gaining weight so she said it was OK to give it a try. He is going to take 5mg of Adderall XR in the morning and then 5mg of regular Adderall in the afternoon. She told me that by sprinkling it on the applesauce the XR looses some of it's punch. Hopefully this works. If not she is going to up him to 10mg of XR and see how that works. At least she is giving me lots of options.
She also said if I can get him to swallow a pill she thinks that Strattera will be the next step if he starts loosing weight or if this combo just does not work. I'll have to start practicing with M&M's.
