I believe that the ritalin dosage vs the concerta dosage is the same. i.e. 10 mg of ritalin = 10 mg of concerta . Thus a 36 mg Concerta tablet would be equal to 3.5 x 10mg ritalin per day.....

I'm really not sure about that.... last week I was at Dr's office and she was adding up the difference I was not quick enough to see but I would be pretty sure that is is not equal... you best bet is to call the phamacist come to think about it.....I do think is petty close because DS was on 15mg on rittalin when swiched to 18mg of concerta

HI mom2tj, My ds is on Concerta. The dr told me that in comes in 18, 27, 36, and 54. I dont think he said any others. Christine
