I do have to say again that this is why I love this site so much! Parents and adult ADHDers are the experts on all aspects of ADHD. It is so wonderful to come here to be understood and not judged, to recieve knowledge and to be able to teach from actual experience. We are the experts... not the doctors and psychs. I could not agree more. It is so great to get help and opinions from people sho have gone through the same things. It has help me be a better parent and a better person.

:)I have to agree. I have been gone for a few weeks becuase of flu season.... and it has been much harder not having you all for support and to just talk to. I enjoy my daily readings and having the peace to know that we are not alone and can be there for each other. Sue,You have always been very helpful,and it sure is nice having a nurse on board!!
Sometimes I feel I do not have anything to contribute because so many things are behind me and then someone will post and it all comes flooding back. I hope that I have helped someone.

ditto linda's post! the people here have helped me come so far down the road. when taking the first steps, i was so confused and overwhelmed as to what to do. the parent-experts who went before me are the ones who have truly made a difference. my choices have been made due to the support and help i've gotten from you and i know my future paths will be made easier and less stressful by having wonderful directions and a compass always recharged with sincerity, positive sound advice here.

Jorgy, that is what makes this site so great all of the "been there, done that" experience and everybody's willingness to share thier knowledge her in our community of "Acceptance." Truly, this site rescued me and my family. I have learned so much in such a short span of time. I spend a lot of time on this site because I want to help like I was helped in the beginning and everyday. I think we all need a  THANKS TO EVERYONE, THIS SITE ROCKS!!!

It's great to learn from people who have been there, wherever "there" is! I would much rather run a problem past the board first, then ask the doc.
