Post Tramatic Stress Disorder?

Ok my friends,

What do you all know about Post Tramatic Stress Disorder? My three foster children have been diagnosed with it. One is currently taking 1/2 mg of Tenex, but it isn't really doing diddly squat. I SWEAR that my four year old foster daughter has adhd, but how close are the symptoms to PTSD? Guess I'm off to research it...

i looked for the dsm IV description and this is what i got:

i dont know why the dr would give tenex for pstd. are the kids in therapy? that seems to be the most effective tool.
