I will definitely give it a try. But I had sooo much paperwork from the neuropsychologist for DS's adhd, executive dysfunction and dysgraphia and I couldn't even get a 504!!! The neuropsychologist wrote a letter saying that DS should have an aide and at the very least a 504. You would *think* that would do something but it took 4 years after the letter and phone call to the school psychologist to get the 504!!! (And again, that was only due to state testing - hey whatever gets the job done!!). I am not going to hold my breath with this school - but I am really hoping that the 5/6 school will do something. I think that the teacher's input from this year will make a difference. She is great and doesn't understand why some of the accomodations he is getting this year didn't happen years ago. She also feels that if he had been given these accomodations - many of the issues would be either non-issues or very minimal issues. I will still give it a shot.

I know Iám totally late with this, but.... My ds9 has been on OT for couple of year´s. (he had a little break this autumn but is having it again now.) OT is mainly for his SI problem´s, but it did wonder´s for his handwriting I think it came in the way of doing all these exercise´s, he write´s beautifully now. So if you can at anyway: GO FOR IT; iot´s not gonna hurt him
