What if a 504 request is denied?
I've been searching for 30 minutes for the answer to this question, including on Wright's Law, and I can't find the answer. I know I've read there is an appeal process, but I can't find it! Anybody know?
Thanks!

Here we are, found my copy:
Notice of Rights Section 504 1973 Rehabilitation Act:
!. Section 504 of the 1973 Rehabilitation Act is a non-discrimination statue barring discrimination on the basis of one's disability
2. It is the policy of the school district not to discriminate on the basis of disability in its educational programs, activities, or employment policies as required by the ACT
3. The act requires school districts to locate, evaluate and determine if the student is a qualified candidate requiring accomidation necessary to provide acess to educational programs.
4. Parents are entitled to have the opportunity to review relavant educational records under the Family Education Rights and Privacy act (FERPA)
5. Parents or Guardians disagreeing with the decisions reached by school personnel for accomidations necessary for acess to educational programming and/or facilities may request a hearing before and impartial hearing officer by notifying the school principal.
