WOW Linda, you raised some fine young fellows Miles miles....I have 3 grown sons and Paul and Jacob are my grandsons. We have raised Paul since he was an infant and Jacob lives next door with his dad.

So maybe it DOES change .... Maybe they learn to 'appreciate' a full week OFF anything and learn to see "boredom" as a "luxury" rather than a negative!!?? ;D I have always said I would rather be home bored than at work anyday! lol As far as Cami, when she tells me she is bored and I mention the laundry or cleaning her room as something to do, she usually says, "no thanks" and shuts up real quick like. That youngin is so dang lazy when it comes to helping out around the house. Yet she has no problem asking for things. She thinks transferring the clothes from the washer to the dryer is a major thing to be rewarded for.

Let me reword that....the role you have had in their lives has had a significant impact on their moral well being.
Let me know how that underwear thing turns out.

;D ;D Oh I have to "sympathise" with Jacob here ... Sometimes I DEFINITELY wish underwear had never been invented !! .. I am sure he feels much "freer" without the constraints of "underwear" ... ESPECIALLY when its HOT ... but then again even when its not!! ... ;D ;D PS !! This is NOT to say I don't wear underwear!! I DOOOO ... but sometimes ... sometimes ...... ;D Lets just say I can see Jacob's point!! ;D ;D ;D

Well I can see that point too, but in the summer when you are wearing shorts, some things might become visible that you wish wouldn't have. Miles
