It's been a bad year...

I just need to vent a little tonight.. I'm feeling a little depressed. It's been a bad six months or so.

In September, I came home from work and found my dog limping. I've been going back and forth, but today we went to a specialist and found out he tore the ligaments in both his knees. $2000 plus each to repair the damage.

Thanksgiving I had a horrible backache, to the point where I called an ambulace. After going back and forth to the doctors for 3 weeks we found out on the day we were supposed to leave for my parents house for Christmas that I had an infection in my back. I had to send Steven on alone and spend the holidays having surgery in the hospital and miss three months off work.

A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was passed over again for promotion for the upteenth time. (sigh)

I applied for a transfer back to Denver and the way my luck is going I don't have much hope. I won't find out for a month if I get a job

I am usually the last person to get depressed and usually eternally optimistic, but....

I can relate a little, being the last person to dwell, but hopefully all will work out for the best.

God has a plan for us all. One of these fine ladies told me the other day when He closes a door He opens a window. Look for that window.....and run like he** for it before the wind shuts it. ;D Sorry had to at least TRY to make you smile.
