I did something good. I helped a woman I knew from church with ADHD get a job at ACE Hardware. She is a wired woman like me and guess what-she working in the electric dept. She had trouble holding so many jobs and I just knew she'd be great working at ACE. She is a total tom-boy. Anyway, she is doing great. And she thanks me all the time for guiding her to a good place. I had a talk with my bosses about her to help them understand our ADHD better. I asked how she was doing and then explained her behaviour to them. I expressed how positive reinforcement does wonders and why she gets so touchy, moody, and seems wired and obsessive, doesn't sleep much and losses her stuff a lot.

Good job (pun intended) Alison.
See the world is a great place when you can help someone else out. And with the pace that a hardware store can get, especially with the nicer weather, she'll be perfect getting things done
Fingers are crossed, saying a prayer for you both.
