I would like to let you all know that we are very excited to hear about any ideas you may have for this web site. I created this site to allow the members of adhd.com the opportunity to continue their ongoing relationships. I can't stress how important it is for everyone to be open and honest with eachother. I am new to this, and Renee was right, it IS a lot of work. The Moderators and I will try to make this community as comfortable as we can for ALL members. I hope everyone will continue to respect eachother in the same manner as they did on the previous site. Because I am new to this (not ADHD, I've been dealing with it with my son for 12 years :  . But I am new to creating a web site. I would greatly appreciate any ideas or suggestions you may have. If there is a thread you may want added, please let me know. If there is something you don't like, or don't agree with on the site, again please let me know. Please post your suggestions in this Forum. Please be patient, there will be changes over the next few days. Not to any threads, just colours, font styles etc...And I will try to to respond to all of my emails. I have tried to make this site feel like home (adhd.com). We have enough stress in our lives, we should feel comfortable chatting with our online family.  I have spoken to Renee and I have the 'ok' to use the same layout and 'phrases' she created on adhd.com. She's happy that we all have a place to go. And, she will stop by soon! I can't thank you all enough for the wonderful messages, emails ,and IM's I have received. Your kind words and support are greatly appreciated And I would also like to add that in the past 2 days the Moderators have been doing an amazing job!! Thank you all for your help and support  Don't be shy....if you have an idea, or if you disagree with something here, please let me know!! |

I think you did a great job in starting this forum ;D
as for me I don't have a child with adhd but I do work with some children that do and the info on here is helpful to me in understanding what they go through.

I agree veronika this is an [glow=red,2,300]awesome[/glow] site.... One of the things was the military time was confusing me but you fixed that already!!! We already discussed my " Disability" that makes me confused most the time LOL... |

Ok I did think of something... And I have no idea if it is even possible.. But it would be nice to have the main page (forum lists) say new if there is new posts... I know it does that when you actually select a forum, I just thought it might be handy on the forum list...

Thanks for this site. I agree it would be nice to have a chat room. I hate to be selfish. We all know you are so busy at this site already. Maybe the people who use this site and want a chat room can get together and create a chat room at msn or somewhere you can create a chat room for free? Dont know if this is a good idea or not. If someone is interested let me know or email me. I love these little faces!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
