My son has been on Adderall since he was 4. Then a few years later he went on Adderall XR. He is now 10 and is extremely small for his age. Before starting meds, he was in the 95th percentile on his height and weight, then rapidly declined on the charts from then on. He is now about the 5th percentile. I personally feel it was the medication in my child's case. We've recently taken him off and hope his body will repair itself.
