If anyone's interested in periodic testing of their child to check for improvement, I found a couple attention tests. One is at www.attention.com then click on Test Your Attention - you'll need to sign up to download the test. Signing up and the test are free. But I warn you it is the most tedious test you'll ever take I didn't think it would ever end!!! The other test is at www.hometova.com you can download the test for free and take a short 2 minute practive test, but to take the real test (which is 20 minutes), you need to purchase test credits. Each test credit is $14.95 - one test costs one test credit. Laura

These video game things, like the one they sell at attention.com, intrigue me. (That's why they want you to take the attention test, as a first step towards purchasing their home unit.) They're claiming this game uses the same principles as biofeedback in a video game format in order to achieve similar effects on brain wave patterns. While a lot of the recent research on ADHD and biofeedback has been very promising, I have no idea how well these video game products are able to achieve what they claim to achieve. I'd be very interested in hearing about results from anyone who's tried one.
