Cat- Those burps are so nasty! I am still having a problem withmy son belching all the time but if he would just learn to keep his mouth shut when it happens things would be fine. Unfortunately he is at that age where it just SO hilarious to belch as loud and long as possible. *Sigh* Kimmers

Just hope your boy doesn't get the bright idea of belching the alphabet. My son's in that phase now and he can actually make it all the way through about half the time. Don't ask how much air he has to swallow first. Talk about gross.

See, now look at all the fun things I have to look forward to! He does say his name already so I'm sure the alphabet is not far behind! Kimmers

Well, I am obviously becoming old and uncool. Here we've got girls with names like Joshua and Allanque (which I assumed was a version of Allan) and I just don't know what to expect next. A boy named Veronica? I need to re-educate myself on gender-neutrality, I suppose. But being of good southern heritage, I'm still locked into that mindset where girls are named after flowers or grandmas and boys have names like Eddie Ray and Junior.

This is where Allanque came from. My real name's Bethany, if it makes you feel any better.

It does make me feel better. You've helped restore order to my world. Bethany, by the way, is a lovely name.

I had DS, 20, on Learning Factors from Seacoast Pharmacy for many years. The first day he was on it, we saw a new pediatrician, and I remember thinking " DS must really like this guy because he's actually listening to him!". Later I asked him about the new doctor and it wasn't some connection between them--it was the Learning Factors that enabled him to pay attention. Learning Factors also enabled him to *sit at the table* without fiddling, banging silverware, or hopping up. This may sound like a small thing--but it was a huge thing in our family! He had already been on medication, so it was definitely the Learning Factors that helped. He did take 8 a day for a long time--along with other supplements, like Grape Seed extract--has anyone tried that?

Haven't tried the grape seed extract, but I've been reading a lot about it lately, mainly in connection with its benefits in helping the yeast overgrowth condition. (Jury is still out on that whole issue. More reading needed.) Did you find that the grape seed was beneficial or not? What did it change specifically?
