wow what a great group we have going here.All of us living in such different parts of the world,some snow some sunshine all the time (a little jelous here as it is -18c right now) yet we are all living such similiar lives.I just love this board.Cheers all Kymn |

I am originally from Louisville, Kentucky and I am now living in Orlando, FL. I just found this site. My son is 7 and he is being tested for ADD/ADHD.

Hi all! I live in Ellerslie, GA, just outside of Columbus, GA which is 1.5 hours south of Atlanta. It's November 6 and in the 80's!! Yesterday we broke a record of 85! Yeah, I'll take some of that snow! Unfortunatley it rarely happens here. Guess that's why unlike y'all that get it frequently, I want it.  Glad to be here! |

I am not looking forward to the winter at all. We dont get snow hardly at all, but what we do get is ice and sleet.. very nasty.... North East Texas.
2years ago we got the worst ice storm. It was so bad that it caved in homes and trees fell over from the weight of the ice. We live on an airport and we park our cars in a hanger, we moved them out just in time b/c about 15 min later the hanger collapsed..Yuck.. Yuck..
so yall have fun with your snow. I hate the cold weather.I cant hardly move in it...hehe

I'm from the UK ... on the coast about 60 miles from London. Its just great to meet everyone from all these different places!!  P.S. Kymn 18C sounds better than the 9 - 10C we have here right now!! (but then again the UK is definitely NOT known for its good weather!!  ... Hey BUT the sun is shining today!! |
