 Catatonic?

Hi Catatonic, you seem like a wonderful source of knowledge so I thought I would just direct my question directly to you...hope that is alright.

I have read all of the posts on the natural supplements but still need a little help before I go shopping. I understand that I need to get fish oil, magnesium and vitamin E but I have no idea how much for my son, or what brands to look for.

Okay, Tanner is 10 years old and weighs 90 pounds. He was diagnosed with ADHD last year and really has no behavioral problems at all....only problems concentrating and paying attention. He is just a space cadet all of the time. He was on Straterra and the benefits were great....until he started throwing up about 4 nights a week. He is now med free and we are looking for a more natural way to help him out.

I mean it when I say, I really am clueless when it comes to these vitamins. So any help would be fantastic!

Thanks so much!

oh ps: I plan on modifying his diet somewhat, I can definitely give him more protein and less carbohydrates. But Tanner is such a picky eater..I am not sure the other diet would work for us.
